There's something about growing up on the water that never leaves you. For Garrett Matlock, it started at his grandparents' lake house in Louisiana — fishing off a bass boat, flying across the water on a jet ski, making the kind of memories that stick with you for life. "I have always felt that if you get to know your coworkers on a more personal level outside of the hospital, you develop a stronger level of trust and camaraderie at work," he said. The lake has a way of bringing people together like that.
